The Observation Wheel is a city's landmark located at the embankment of the Uvod River. A beautiful panoramic view of the city and its surroundings opens from the height of 45 m (148 ft).

Comfortable glazed cabins with a capacity of up to six people allow you to rise above the city in any weather. Full turnover time is 8-10 minutes. Fully panoramic cabins with transparent floors are very popular.

In the evening and at night, unusual lighting turns on.
