The restaurant called 'Pivgrad' is a place where the traditions of European cuisine and Czech brewing are perfectly merged. The predominate feature of Pivgrad is its own classic Czech equipment, where light and dark beer is brewed daily. Local brewers work according to traditional brewing recipes, which were provided for the restaurant by Czech brewer Vladimir Chernogorskiy who had 43 years of brewing experience.

The interior of the restaurant is designed in the tradition of old Prague. Fine dishes of Austrian, Czech and Russian cuisine can pleasantly surprise even the keenest gourmet. It is especially recommended to try 'veprevo koleno' (wild boar's knee) soaked in beer, juicy sausages prepared according to old German recipes as well as marbled beef steak.
