A picturesque institution of the Hidden Russia project in the southeastern corner of the former flour rows on the embankment. The famous smoked fish corners and other pastries of the Plyos Rybny Ryad bakery are sold here.
One of the hits is broken soups. These are traditional Plyos soups: gray cabbage soup, Volga fish soup and others. So that they can be eaten outside, all the ingredients are whipped until a creamy consistency and served in glasses. You can drink soup and walk along Plyos at the same time.
