This merchant mansion is a rare example of provincial palace. It is an unasseritive building from the outside, but inside it will charm you with its halls, fretted ceilings and Parisian statues. There are even a room in the style of Kholui boxes and a storing room.

Nowadays there is Pavlovsky Culture Center operating in the mansion. Theatre plays, events for children, concerts, chamber music and Russian romance nights are held there nowadays. During the Russian Christmas Festival the mansion holds Christmas balls.
